Philosophy |

The coach's primary responsibility is to teach skill development to provide each player with the tools they need to be successful. The coach must challenge his/her players in an encouraging manner in order to allow them to reach their full potential. In addition, it is important to emphasize that the lessons learned from sports (good work ethic, developing a teachable attitude, working through adversity, coping with pressure, ownership of mistakes, working well in a teamwork environment) are concepts that players will be able to use for the rest of their lives. |

Philosophy |

My philosophy of coaching is to teach the girls to play soccer the right way. Playing as a team and passing the ball around, keeping good positioning, while giving their very best effort and enjoying the game. It's easy to take a team of all star players and get them to win games but I enjoy the challenge of keeping a solid team together with a lot of heart and coaching them to success. |
