| Philosophy | ||
| First, we teach using a "+1" strategy - that is, take what you know and add one more thing. We (coaches) meet and identify where our players are both in skill and understanding of strategy. Then, we consistently work with players to get better at, or add to, their indivdual skill sets, as well as have our team add to how they attack/defend on the field. Second and Third, we encourage our girls to compete and have fun - in practice and games. |
