| I believe in having fun and positive encouragement at practices and games. If the game isn't fun the players lose interest in participating. Coaches should emphasize good sportsmanship and respect for other teams and players, teammates, coaches and referees. Player development should be encouraged so that players are exposed to multiple positions on the field. Long term development needs to be stressed so that players can reach their maximum potential in the sport. | ||
